Due to the Nature of our business there is a strict NO REFUND policy in place due to our products and services are tailored to individual specifications and high level of energy are input by our Conjurers, Spellcasters and Psychic Readers.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception of any vessels from us including haunted dolls and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATION
We can only offer a 24 HOUR cancellation period, this is because once we started the process for any spells, spirit binding, divination readngs, ritual, therefore we cannot cancel them, as our products and services are tailored to individual specifications and high level of energy are input by Conjurers, Spellcasters and Divination Readers.
METAPHYSICAL CLAUSE

As all Metaphysical Services, everything provided from TheSpiritualMagick are for entertainment or curio purposes only.
TheSpiritualMagick is not responsible for anything that happens or does not happen as a result of your purchase of any goods or services. Paranormal experiences are not guaranteed as it depends on each person bonding with the spirit, as well as how open each person senses are to feel any paranormal activities or feel their spirits.
Requesting refunds based on your inability to have a paranormal experience is not an acceptable refund request.
